Facilities:
Fish Procurement & Transportation
Fish from the fishing grounds are transported to the factory through insulated boats. The company owns more than 50 collection boats apart from the private boats. The company has a fleet of 22 insulated vehicles to transport fish from various landing centres.
Ice Supply
The company has a capacity of 85 tonnes of flake ice production per day and is increasing the capacity to 140 tons to provide adequate/safe ice to the fish suppliers.
Freezing & Chilling capacity
Plate freezing : 42 tons/24 hrs
Blast freezing : 12 tons/8 hrs
Chilling : 3 tons/hr
Cold / Chilled Storage
Cold Storage capacity : 150 tons
Chilled Storage capacity : 60 tons
Fnished Products Transportation
Company owns 20 trailers and 14 small vehicles for transporting chilled and frozen products
Internal Laboratory
We have a well-equipped laboratory inside the factory premises to analyse all the fish products, water, ice and swab samples for bacteriology. We validate every processes and process conditions.
