Marine & Agro Export Processing Ltd. has a unique processing plant that uses a single line of flow for the different processing stages for each product. To ensure a faster, uninterrupted, hygienic flow, the company employs well-trained skilled workers dedicated to achieving the highest quality.
To ensure the quality and safety of finished products, Marine & Agro has established a well-documented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) monitoring system. The Quality Assurance department verifies and validates the processing steps and product quality by analyzing samples at various stages of processing and before dispatch.
All inputs, including packaging, cleaning, and disinfecting materials, are supplied by sources that follow international food safety standards and have been approved by the Ugandan National Bureau of Standards.
